INGREDIENTS
1 Clove of garlic, chopped
2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp of ground chilly flakes
½ tbsp of smoked Spanish pimiento or paprika
1 tbsp of freshly chopped oregano
1 ½ tbsp of diced red onion
100 cc of white vinegar
50 cc of olive oil
PREPARATION
On a bowl, finely chop the garlic, fresh parsley, oregano, and red onion. Add the ground chilly flakes, paprika, vinegar and olive oil. Mix well.
