Harvested from the cold South Atlantic waters, these large shrimp have a rich, buttery texture and a clean, delicate flavor. Popular in both fine dining and home cooking, they’re incredibly versatile—perfect grilled, sautéed in garlic and butter, or added to creamy pasta. Their natural sweetness pairs beautifully with simple seasonings like olive oil, lemon, and fresh herbs, making them a must-try for any seafood lover visiting Argentina. 🦐🌿🔥
