Stuffed Pumpkin with Pork Chorizos is a hearty, fire-grilled dish that blends rustic charm with rich, molten decadence. Whole squashes are grilled on all sides until tender, then hollowed and generously filled with mozzarella, parmesan, and cream. Paired with smoky pork chorizos, this recipe transforms into an autumnal fondue—served straight from the pumpkin itself. The fire imparts a deep, earthy flavour, while the cheese melts into a silky, savoury centre. It’s bold, warming, and made to impress by the firelight.
