Argentinian Steak is a celebration of simplicity, fire, and exceptional flavour, where premium cuts meet primal technique. This recipe honours the gaucho tradition by searing thick slices of steak over a high flame, using only inter-fine salt to draw out the meat’s natural richness. After a perfect char on each side, the steak is rested to lock in juices, then served with classic chimichurri or criolla sauce for a vibrant, herbaceous finish. Whether you're a seasoned grill master or a weekend enthusiast, this dish channels the soul of South American asado.
