Today we will enjoy 2 kinds of sweetbread: heart and neck sweetbread.
The neck sweetbread is much more uniform, it is not too fatty, and has visible sections, similar to the brain. It turns out a little drier after cooking.
On the other hand, heart sweetbread has fat remains that you can leave or keep to your taste.
They are thinner and plain, and can turn out very juicy and creamy on the inside.
Both of them are delicious and turn out crunchy on the outside because of the fat content, and both are cooked the same way. Let’s go!
Ingredients: 2 pcs neck sweetbread
2 pcs heart sweetbread
1 lemon
Method: Firstly, set the grill on medium heat.
Cook the sweetbread for 45 minutes each
side.
Serve and drizzle with lemon juice.
